Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at this lodge. The location was great for exploring the park, and the views from my room were lovely. However, the cleanliness and maintenance left much to be desired, especially with the bugs in my room and broken amenities. The service was hit or miss, though I did enjoy some meals at the restaurant where the staff made the effort to be personable.
The hotel had a nice, clean room with a fantastic view of the surrounding nature. While the location was perfect for exploring nearby trails, I faced some maintenance issues during my stay, such as dim lights and broken amenities. The restaurant staff were truly exceptional, making my dining experiences enjoyable. Overall, I appreciated the value for the price, but some improvements are definitely needed.
My experience at the lodge was quite mixed. While the rooms were comfortable and clean with a lovely balcony view, the service left much to be desired, especially when it came to rudeness from staff. The location was nice, but the pool being closed was a significant letdown for my family. Dining was hit or miss, with some meals being good, yet the breakfast service was poorly managed.
I had a wonderful stay at the lodge, enjoying beautiful views from the balcony and a very clean, updated room. The staff were friendly, and the food in the restaurant was good, especially the complimentary breakfast during the week. However, the service at the front desk could use some improvement, as there were some communication issues and rudeness experienced during my interactions. Overall, it was a pleasant experience in a beautiful setting, but I had some frustrations with service.
I enjoyed my stay at the lodge, particularly the beautiful views from the room and the cleanliness throughout the property. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my visit pleasant. However, the musty smell in some areas was a drawback, and I wish the dining options were available daily rather than just sometimes.
